Our history

Founded by Yvan Roy, a native of Saint-Georges de Beauce, in 1988, TRI Immobilier quickly became a reference in Quebec in terms of promoter, developer and real estate builder. It all started with the construction of its first commercial buildings in the Saint-Georges industrial park. Visionary and ambitious, he pursues his aspirations as a promoter in the region of Quebec and Montreal.

The trust obtained from its partners, the excellence of the customer service provided and the attention paid to the management of the real estate portfolio attest to the company’s success.
