Founded by Yvan Roy, a native of Saint-Georges de Beauce, in 1988, TRI Immobilier quickly became a reference in Quebec in terms of promoter, developer and real estate builder. It all started with the construction of its first commercial buildings in the Saint-Georges industrial park.
